IVERHART MAX Soft Chew is the only ivermectin-based, bacon flavored, soft chew indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis and for the treatment and control of roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma braziliense), and tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis). Iverhart Max Soft Chew is recommended for dogs 8 weeks of age or older.
Side Effects & Warnings
For use in dogs only, keep out of reach from children and pets. Adverse reactions and serious side effects are rare, however, they can occur. In the case of a more serious side reaction, seek immediate veterinary attention. Serious reactions include vomiting, depression/lethargy, diarrhea, shaking, seizures, uncontrollable body movements, or unusual salivation.
